AGKey Shipping Policy

AGKey ships standing desks, ergonomic chairs, ATK gaming peripherals and workspace accessories from our Australian warehouses in Bayswater North VIC and Villawood NSW.

Dispatch and Delivery

  • Dispatch: Most in-stock orders leave the warehouse within 1-2 business days.
  • Estimated delivery: 2-6 business days to metro areas; up to 11 business days to regional and remote areas.
  • Carriers: Australia Post, Allied Express and other courier partners.
  • Multi-parcel orders: Desk frames, desktops and accessories may arrive separately.

Shipping Cost

Free delivery to metro Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Canberra.

For every other Australian postcode, delivery is calculated at checkout from your postcode and what you order. Indicative starting rates:

  • Desk accessories (monitor arms, risers, mouse pads): from $9.90
  • Ergonomic chairs: from $30
  • Desks 120-160 cm: from $30
  • Desks 180 cm: from $85

Regional and remote destinations - including regional Queensland, regional Western Australia, the Northern Territory and Tasmania - cost substantially more to reach, up to $250 for our largest desks. Enter your postcode at checkout and you will see the exact amount before you pay.

These rates sit below our actual freight cost. AGKey absorbs the difference rather than building it into product prices.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to addresses in Australia. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, parcel lockers, off-mainland islands, remote territories or international addresses unless agreed with our support team before purchase.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking email after your order is dispatched.

Delivery Notes

Courier delivery times are estimates only and can be affected by weather, peak periods, courier delays or stock availability. If your order is marked delivered by the courier, please check around the delivery location and contact us quickly if you need support.

Address Changes and Cancellations

We process orders quickly. If you need to update your delivery address or cancel an order, please contact us at info@agkeydesk.com within 1 hour of placing the order. If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it with a full refund. Once an order has shipped, address changes or cancellations are no longer possible and the order will need to follow our Return & Refund Policy.

Gaming Peripherals

ATK keyboards and mice are shipped as standard parcels from our Australian warehouses. In-stock peripherals are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Pre-order peripherals are dispatched as soon as stock arrives at our warehouse; the estimated timeframe shown on the product page is an estimate only and may change with stock arrival dates. Any parcel shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout, and tracking is emailed on dispatch as described above.
