AGKey Shipping Policy

AGKey ships standing desks, ergonomic chairs and workspace accessories from our Australian warehouse.

Dispatch and Delivery

  • Dispatch: Most in-stock orders leave the warehouse within 1-2 business days.
  • Estimated delivery: 2-6 business days for metro areas. Regional areas may take longer.
  • Carriers: Australia Post, Allied Express and other courier partners.
  • Multi-parcel orders: Desk frames, desktops and accessories may arrive separately.

Shipping Cost

We provide free standard shipping on eligible AGKey orders within Australia. Any delivery restrictions or additional costs will be shown before checkout where applicable.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to addresses in Australia. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, parcel lockers, off-mainland islands, remote territories or international addresses unless agreed with our support team before purchase.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking email after your order is dispatched.

Delivery Notes

Courier delivery times are estimates only and can be affected by weather, peak periods, courier delays or stock availability. If your order is marked delivered by the courier, please check around the delivery location and contact us quickly if you need support.

Address Changes and Cancellations

We process orders quickly. If you need to update your delivery address or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@agkeydesk.com. Once an order has shipped, address changes or cancellations may not be possible.
