Care & Notes
- Please confirm that your monitor weighs between 2 and 12 kg and has 75 × 75 mm or 100 × 100 mm VESA mounting holes before purchase.
- Install the monitor before adjusting the arm tension.
- Keep one hand on the monitor while adjusting the tension until the screen remains securely in position.
- The arm is supplied pre-tensioned and may move upward before the monitor is installed.
- Use the included adjustment tool to fine-tune the gas-spring tension and joint resistance.
- Do not disassemble the gas-spring arm assembly.
- Do not over-tighten the adjustment screws, as excessive force may damage the mechanism.
- Check all mounting and fixing screws periodically, especially if the monitor position is adjusted frequently.
