Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping & logistics.
Shipping & Handling
Fast Dispatch — Sydney & Melbourne Warehouses
We provide FREE shipping Australia-wide for all AGKey desks and Aerlume ergonomic chairs.

Dispatch Time: 24 hours (business days)

Delivery Time: 2–6 business days

Carriers: AU Post / Allied Express / Other Partner Couriers

Multi-parcel items: Desk frames & desktops may arrive in separate packages.
Shipping times may vary due to weather, peak seasons, and courier delays.
We Do Not Ship To:

P.O. Boxes / Parcel Lockers

Off-mainland islands or territories

International addresses (AU/NZ only for now)

Shipping Address Modifications
We process orders fast.
After 12 p.m. AEST, we may not be able to modify your shipping address.
If the order has already shipped, you may return the item following our Return Policy.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Free Delivery does not require a signature. Packages will be left at your door. AGKey is not responsible for parcels marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
AGKey Return Policy
We want you to love your AGKey desk or Aerlume ergonomic chair.
If something isn’t perfect, returning it is simple.
General Return Requirements

Items must be returned in original packaging and like-new condition.

Products returned in used/damaged condition may incur a 10% restocking fee.

All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Return shipping must use a trackable method.

AGKey is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
30-Day Risk-Free Trial
You can return any AGKey product within 30 days of receipt.

No restocking fee

No return shipping fee

Full refund once the product is inspected and approved
This applies to all orders within continental Australia.
Returns After 30 Days
Two options are available:
Option A

Shipping cost deducted

10% restocking fee for opened items
Option B

No shipping fee

15% restocking fee
Order Cancellation
To cancel, email info@agkeydesk.com within 1 hour of placing your order.

If the order has not shipped → Full refund

If shipped → Cancellation is not possible and must follow the Return Policy

If you refuse delivery → shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock:

We will ship the available items first

Remaining items will ship as soon as restocked, via free expedited delivery
